About Nick Bartlett

Nick helps eCommerce and DTC brands orchestrate truly global logistics – from first mile in Asia to last mile on a customer’s doorstep in New York, Berlin or Sydney.

At Wayfindr, he is the person brands call when they outgrow single‑market shipping and need someone to untangle cross‑border fulfillment, carrier mixes, duty and tax rules, and everything in between.

Before logistics, Nick trained as an actor and even popped up as an extra in The Lord of the Rings. These days, his main audience is founders, operators and journalists – plus two kids who occasionally think he’s cool when he explains supply chains using LEGO.

The through‑line: he loves turning complex systems into stories people can actually understand and use.

Outside of logistics, Nick is a passionate rugby fan – though he maintains that his high school produced the superior team, a claim that co-founder Chris Crutchley has been unsuccessfully disputing since approximately 2017.
