Who Qualifies As A Referral?
A qualified referral is…
- Premium referral: brand shipping at least 1,000 orders per month
- Standard referral: brand shipping at least 200 orders per month
- A company needing international/multi-market logistics
- A brand that isn’t already in contact with Wayfindr

Referral Terms & Conditions
Just the basics - so everyone knows how the program works
The Wayfindr Referral Program is open to current Wayfindr customers in good standing, as well as partners, suppliers, and ecosystem collaborators. Wayfindr employees are not eligible to participate.
A “Qualified Referral” must meet all of the following criteria:
- New to Wayfindr: They must not be an existing customer, active prospect, or already in discussion with Wayfindr.
- Minimum operational scale:
- At least 1,000 orders/month → qualifies for premium referral reward
- At least 200 orders/month → qualifies for standard referral reward
- Valid contact details: You must provide the brand’s name, decision-maker contact, and have permission to introduce them.
Wayfindr reserves the right to determine final eligibility.
Referral rewards may include:
- A flat bonus
- A percentage-based commission
- Or both (depending on the referral tier)
“Commercials” refer to Wayfindr’s revenue and exclude costs like courier fees, taxes, duties, or third-party reimbursements.
- Rewards are issued only after onboarding and billing milestones are completed.
- Payments are typically processed quarterly, within 30 days after the quarter ends.
Wayfindr follows a first-verified basis: the earliest submitted and validated referral is considered the official one.
- No limit on number of referrals
- No cap on total earnings
- You are responsible for your own taxes and reporting obligations
Yes. Wayfindr may decline or withhold rewards if:
- Information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading
- Privacy, consent, or anti-bribery rules are violated
Self-referrals and fake/artificial transactions are not allowed.
Yes. Wayfindr can modify, pause, or end the program at any time. However, already submitted qualified referrals will be honored under the existing terms.
- You must have permission to share the referral’s information
- Data will be used only for program evaluation and follow-up, per Wayfindr’s Privacy Policy
