Premium Referral Reward

Who Can Participate
The Wayfindr Referral Program is open to current Wayfindr customers in good standing, as well as partners, suppliers and ecosystem collaborators.
Wayfindr employees are not eligible to participate.
What Counts as a Qualified Referral
A “Qualified Referral” must meet all of the following criteria:
- New to Wayfindr
- They are not an existing customer, active prospect, or currently in discussion with any Wayfindr team.
- They are not an existing customer, active prospect, or currently in discussion with any Wayfindr team.
- Minimum operational scale
- The brand must ship at least 1,000 orders per month (based on their first 12-months of activity) to qualify for the premium referral award
- The brand must ship at least 200 orders per month (based on their first 12 months of activity) to qualify for the standard referral award.
- The brand must ship at least 1,000 orders per month (based on their first 12-months of activity) to qualify for the premium referral award
- Valid contact details
- You must provide the brand’s name, decision-maker contact, and permission/legitimate interest to introduce them.

Wayfindr reserves the right to determine final eligibility.
Referral Rewards
Referral rewards may include a flat bonus, a percentage-based commission, or both, depending on the referral tier.
“Commercials” refer to Wayfindr’s commercial revenue and exclude pass-through costs such as courier fees, duties, taxes, or third-party reimbursements.
Payout Timing
Referral rewards are issued only after the referred brand completes the required onboarding and billing milestones. Bonus and commission payments are typically processed quarterly, within 30 days of the quarter’s close.
Multiple Referrals
If multiple parties refer the same brand, Wayfindr operates on a first-verified basis. The referral submitted earliest and validated by the Wayfindr Sales team will be considered the official referrer.
Limits, Caps & Taxes
- There is no limit to how many brands you can refer.
- There is no cap on total earnings within the agreed time window.
- You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
We handle global logistics, not your tax returns.
Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
Wayfindr may decline a referral or withhold payment if submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading or if the referral violates privacy, consent, or anti-bribery regulations.
Self-referrals or artificial transactions are not permitted.
Program Changes
Wayfindr may modify, pause or end the Referral Program at any time.
Any qualified referrals submitted prior to a program change will be honored under the terms active at the time of submission.
Privacy
By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have permission or legitimate interest to share the referral’s information.
Referral data will be used solely for program evaluation and follow-up in accordance with Wayfindr’s Privacy Policy.
