The Wayfindr Story

The Wayfindr Story

Wayfindr was founded when Nick and Chris, two New Zealanders living in Hong Kong, decided to create a logistics company geared toward the fast-growing world of e-commerce retail.

Back in 2017, logistics providers still primarily catered to bulk shipping for brick-and-mortar retailers.

The two saw an opportunity to build a company that would help e-commerce brands streamline their logistics by bringing all providers under centralized management.

That company was CBIP Logistics, later to become Wayfindr.

How We Work

Our brand values

  • Connected

We’re connected in so many ways. Connected to a global network of hand-picked logistics providers. Connected by technology to every link in the chain. Connected to our customers and fully invested in their success.

  • Collaborative

We’re collaborative because we see ourselves as partners, not providers. We’re an extension to your in-house logistics team and can even advise on your next market expansion. We design, build and grow with you.

  • Committed

We’re committed to helping your brand deliver its promise on three levels: globally, reliably, and responsibly. Our commitment to our planet also runs deep, which is why we became Asia’s first carbon-neutral 4PL firm.

Our 4PL Model

Our 4PL Model

As a Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) partner, we manage all your logistics providers as a single point of contact. We connect every layer of operations from post production and freight to warehousing and fulfillment, all the way to last-mile delivery and add-on services.
