What Changed

What you get

Choose which countries come through

Country Filtering lets you pick which countries’ orders sync from your WooCommerce store to Bundle. Select one or several. The same settings page holds the Order Hold and Back Orders switches.

Your store’s health on one list

Your connected store shows whether it’s active, when orders and inventory last synced, and its last 10 sync logs. Something look off? Run a manual sync, pause syncing or remove the store from the same list.

Getting connected

  1. In WooCommerce, create an API key: go to WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, then REST API keys, and click Add key. Add a description, choose the permission and click Generate API key. Copy the consumer key and secret straight away, because WooCommerce hides them once you leave the page.
  2. In Bundle, go to Stores, click Add Store, then Connect Store. Enter your store name, store URL, consumer key and secret.
  3. Choose your countries and click Connect Store. Orders sync from there.

Any client admin can change the store’s settings later. The step-by-step WooCommerce guide is in the Bundle Help Centre.

Why It Matters

Clients connect their WooCommerce store to Bundle 2.0 once, using an API key created in WooCommerce. From then on, orders go from WooCommerce to the warehouse automatically, and stock levels sync back to the store.

Why it matters: nobody has to retype WooCommerce orders into another system, which removes one of the easiest places for a wrong address or SKU to slip in. Clients also stay in control: they choose which countries’ orders come through, and whether new orders wait for their review before going to the warehouse.
