Do my cosmetics need temperature-controlled storage?
It depends on the product. Most makeup and packaged cosmetics do not, but some liquids, balms, and formulations carry a melt or stability risk. If yours do, we flag it early and build the right storage into your plan.
Will my customers see that my products ship from China?
If your product is made and dispatched there, the tracking will show it from the first scan, usually as China or Hong Kong. That is worth deciding on rather than discovering after a customer asks. Some brands are happy to lean into where they make things; others prefer to route differently. We flag it early so the choice is yours, not a surprise.
